"I think the number of students that might choose to live drug free because of the education center is tremendous. What an excellent facility!"
-Beth Dohogne, 7th Grade Teacher, Western Boone Jr. High

Dear Teacher...

The Ruth Lilly Health Education Center provides innovative, engaging, high-program - imagetech, hands-on programming for children that effectively complements the essential educational objectives of teachers in health education classroom settings. Our programming primarily targets elementary school and junior high school students. But it’s also designed to be of interest and value to high school students and adults. The Center concentrates its curriculum on seven different – and crucial – aspects of health: general health, nutrition, human growth and development, drug education, violence, mental health, and disease prevention and control.

You’ll find your colleagues at the Center share the same inspired teaching commitment and passion as you. They focus on creating an enjoyable and meaningful learning experience so that children come away with a greater appreciation of the role of health education and awareness in their lives.

Our instructors are happy to discuss the Center’s programming and how it can serve you and your teaching goals. Feel free to contact us at (317) 924-0904 and ask to speak with one of our health educators.
